The platform's most sophisticated capability is a three-tier email intelligence pipeline: a 15-minute cron keeps IMAP folder structure synchronized with the live project tracker across every team member's inbox (with archive-aware folder migration as projects close and production-hardened dead-account detection to skip unresponsive connections gracefully), a global NLP classifier evaluates each unique incoming email once and routes it to the right project folder, and fast-match keyword patterns execute instant triage without invoking AI at all — with unread emails held in place until read so no message gets buried before it's seen. Claude's email rule evaluation pipeline covers all four outcomes — matching active rules, testing pending rules, suggesting new rules with keyword patterns included, and dismissing irrelevant email — giving the system a complete autonomous triage loop that requires no human intervention under normal conditions. Beyond email, the platform covers the full operational lifecycle: AI-powered bid analysis, construction drawing intelligence that extracts and clusters symbols from plan sets, subcontractor CRM with quote and feedback analysis, and a smart scraper pipeline that discovers and scores project opportunities before they close. With 147 tracked features across seven coordinated Node.js microservices and 300+ production commits, this is enterprise-scale software built with the agility and continuous iteration of an embedded AI partnership.
